Terms of service

These terms cover the use of Sindlerfy, a service that monitors publicly available mentions of a brand, product, or name and delivers them as a ranked daily digest. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Sindlerfy indexes public content from the sources listed on our home page and matches it against the keywords you configure. We rank results by estimated reach, sentiment, and whether the mention is directed at you, and deliver a digest on the schedule your plan allows. Coverage is best-effort: we don’t guarantee that every mention that exists will be found, or that any given source will always be reachable.

Your account

You’re responsible for the accuracy of the account information you give us and for keeping your login credentials secure. Let us know at hello@sindlerfy.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Acceptable use

• You may only configure monitoring for a brand, product, or name you own, represent, or have a legitimate basis to track — this is a monitoring tool, not a means of surveilling a private individual without their knowledge for personal reasons
• You may not use Sindlerfy to attempt to access non-public content, impersonate another person or account, or bypass a platform’s authentication
• You may not resell, redistribute, or bulk-export digest content as your own product
• You may not use the service in a way that places unreasonable technical load on the sources we monitor

Billing and trials

New accounts get a 14-day trial with no card required. If you don’t add billing details before the trial ends, monitoring stops until you do. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we don’t provide refunds for partial months.

Changes to your plan

Upgrading or downgrading between plans takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If a downgrade puts you over a plan’s monitored-brand or history limit, we’ll tell you what needs to change before the switch happens.

Service availability

We aim to deliver digests reliably and on schedule, but the service is provided as-is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Source platforms occasionally change how their content can be read, which can delay or temporarily reduce coverage from that source while we adjust.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sindlerfy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including decisions made based on a digest’s contents or ranking.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates the acceptable use section above, with notice sent to the account email where practical.

Changes to these terms

We’ll update the date at the top of this page when these terms change and note material changes in the daily digest email.
